Need help with convertible plastic window

Im entering my 02 Boxster in its 1st car show next week and its really lookin' good, but I would like to get the plastic rear window in the top to look its best. Its in good shape but has 2 small brown spots along the edges and some small surface scratches. The visability is excellent. Usually I use Plexus to clean it. Would a fine polishing compound be good for the scatches and brown spots?........Any comments or suggestions?...........Thanks in Advance.......The paint color is speed yellow and I plan on using a coat of CG's Blacklight topped with Pinnacle.
