Vehicle Interior Inspection Form

Hey Geeks. It's been a few weeks since my last post due to a family vacation to the Mother in Law's house. Yay me. NOT! Anyways. I'm trying to come up with an "Interior Inspection Form". I have an "Exterior" version that I got from Mike. Anyone have one that they'd like to share or advice that can point me in the right direction? Google hasn't been very much help. THANKS!
