Ok, so I noticed my husband managed to scratch his new exhaust pretty good already. I'm pretty sure there is a clear coat over the carbon fiber. How could I go about buffer this out?
He seems ok but it's driving me nuts :(

Make sure your carbon fiber slip have a clear coat on it followed by seeing if the scratch catches your nail if it don't then you are going to want to wet sand the scratch out with 2500 or 3000 grit sandpaper till the imperfection is gone then hand compound the area now if the scratch catches your nail then you will have to fill it in with clear gel its a type of clear coat that goes on carbon fiber parts and boats

gas and fuel injected so this one is perfect.
