Out of the two you mentioned I'm going with OC. I have not used aquapel so hopefully you'll receive some more educated answers.
I have always have great returns using Aquapel so I dont need to try other sealants. It offers six months of protection. I find its best to use DP Glass Restorer first with buffer and then it for longest results and cleanest, clearest glass.
I started using Aquapel a couple weeks ago and its GREAT, With all the pollllllen that we have one have to wash every day....Holding up great.
At the shop I work at we include aquapel with some packages and have it as an add-on; every customer who has come back after the application is very happy with their windsheild.
Another plus is if you are driving fast enough you don't need to use your wipers so prolonged wiper life and less scratches in the windshield from the wipers.
Are you guys referring to Aquapel Glass Treatment & Rain Repellent or Aquapel Glass Windshield Cleaner, or both?
Also what is OC?
Thanks
^^I was talking about the treatment/rain repellent.
Yes, definitely aquapel. Aquapel however, will only last you approximately 3-4 months during the winter if you use your windshield wipers alot. However during the summer, it will definitely last you upwards of 6 months.
Thanks for the replies.I have been using Aquapel (windshield only)for a couple of years and just recently used OC on my paint and was thinking which would be better on the rest of the windows. My windshield gets more TLC than the rest.
We've been having flash floods for two weeks so maybe next week I can get something done
Thanks
