Lights to spot swirls/defects
Hey, I just bought a $60 Spotlight to find swirls and defects
It's called a Coleman LED Spotlight
Amazon.com: Coleman LED Rechargeable Spotlight: Sports & Outdoors
Someone said it is better than the Brinkmann's lights. After reading the reviews between the two, I went with the Coleman's light. However after I tried to use it, it doesn't really show much swirls? When I used it I saw very minor swirls and I was ok but the next day in the sun, swirls were all over.
Is there a secret to picking lights (white vs orange?), and how to use them or anything? Thanks.
Re: Lights to spot swirls/defects
The Brinkmann is your best bet. If you want to spend a little more, the Infratech Color Matching Light is awesome. It simulates natural sunlight. I use the Brinkmann and Infratech together so nothing can hide from me. But, for the money, Brinkmann rocks!
