Not that I'm aware of and it wouldn't be practical.
Car manufactures change paint systems as new technology is introduced. Cars get wrecked and get repainted, some/most people can't tell if the paint on the car they're working on is factory or repaint.
The best way to know if a paint is hard or soft or better terms are workable or polishable, is to get a lot of experience working on a lot of cars.
Lots of cars = lots of paint systems
I have a three articles on this topic in the "Hot Topics" forum group on MOL, the first explains the issue pretty well...
Paint Workability - The Hardness or Softness of your car's paint
"You don't how hard or soft your paint is until you go out into your garage and work on your car"
What is the meaning of soft paint?
Polishable & Polishability - Paint Hardness or Softness
Polishable: - Pol ish a ble
Capable of being polished
Polishability - Pol ish a bil i ty
To the degree a surface or coating can be polished
