for some reason, I'm able to delete replies, but no the "original/first" post I made.

click on the post you want to delete. At the bottom it will say "edit" Click on the edit button. Scroll down to the bottom and there will be a box to check to delete the post. Click on it to select the box and then just click the button "delete this message" :)

it only shows ujp on "reply" posts, not on original....
rest assured, the mods will be happy to delete when appropriate.
