PR: 5.5'' Pads and Purple Wool

I had a chance this weekend to buff out a black Z06.

I started out by doing a test spot with the orange 5.5'' pad and the Griot Garage DA were able to remove 95% of the imperfections but I did not get the level of correction that I wanted to I moved up to the 7.5'' Purple wool and Flex Light Weight. It did the job. What I like about the Purple wool is that it did not lint as much as normal wool pads and it left a nicer finish to polish.

The orange 5.5'' pad levels more marring then the 6.5'' flat orange pad but it removes more imperfections. The white pad finished just as nice if not nicer then the 6.5'' flat pads

All in all I am hooked to the 5.5'' Flat pads and the Purple Wool
