Wow! That's a wide open question, SG! First of all... welcome.
Naked bike or full dress, or something in between? Spoked wheels? How much chrome? Bags? Chain drive or not? You get my drift?
I can't remember spending less than two hours on the cleanest scooter, but two days would not be out of the question. Sorry... not much help. Got pics?
Good luck!
I recently did a HD Police Special in an eggshell color, chrome Road King front end with all the lights, running boards, large leather saddle bags, SS engine, Corbin leather seat(single) and aluminum wheels w/ww's----8 hours with paint correction on tank, front and rear fenders and side covers, all chrome polished and waxed, leather cleaned and conditioned, w/w's cleaned, includes r/r sadle bags, side covers and tank console
I did a HD Sportster in 4 hours and an Ultraglide in 8 hours. 6 hours for a Valkery(not sure I remember how to spell it)
At least 14 hours including paint correction.
Any hd a-z no more than 5-7 hrs tops.
This one is an '09 Street Glide I did. Just the wash alone took 4 hours. I'd say I had over 10 hours in it with paint correction.

I have to say i don't understand why it takes you guys so long on bikes. i have done many an it never takes me that long but than again everyone works at different speeds lol.
My old GSXR-750 K3 model used to take me 2-3 hrs.Only because my Titanium Yoshimura exhaust and wheels needed special attention.Done it in 1 hr once...then again thats hard to answer. My friends Harley Fatboy took me nearly all day...
