How many of you apply wax with a machine?
I applyed a liquid wax with my cyclo today, it seemed to come out alot better than by hand. I was applying by hand & it seemed like I was getting streaks in the finish that did not match up. What method do most of you perfer? Actually I was getting some uneven streaking useing WMF by hand, so I ditched that idea and waxed with the cyclo.

A machine helps you spread out a nice thin coat. I usually spread by hand though. I sometime use my PC to apply a sealant. Carnuba's are definitely applied by hand.

I did use a carnuba, never had a problem with streaks with the nuba, but the WMF by hand I wont try it again.

I have always applies wax & sealants with my PC. I find that it makes a really tiny amount go a really long way.
The only time I apply by hand is on the inside of doors and similar, small, hard to reach places.

I use the PC if it's liquid. By hand if it's a paste.

I tried doing a paste wax by machine once and I used way to much product. Since your correction is all done at this point, there is no need for high speed or extra heat, so doing it by hand is just as simple and quick, you can also easily get into the smaller areas by hand.

By hand is the way to go.
Re: How many of you apply wax with a machine?
Depends if I'm pressed for time. If in a hurry I apply by pc, if not, by hand.

i use my pc 100% of the time to lay down a sealant....i use a slow speed, 2-3, and i can knock out the car in 20 minutes or less....plus i get really good coverage with the pc....
