It's winter, not too many detailing like in spring and summer. Consequently not many questions.
Even Mike P's forum is dead.
Rsurfer nailed it.
Not much to post about detailing when you have temps in the low 20's (like here on L.I. today).
Mike P did create a lot of content though. But even when he was around, the dead of winter was/is always a slower time for AGO.
I assume that the forum that mike ran would be down, but all the other forms look to be the normal amount of traffic to me, for this time of year.
As mentioned, this forum always seems to slow during (US)winter. But we have some down under members that we get to see clean their cars.
It was 3°F the other morning here. Definitely no cleaning going on in that weather.
We also have some members, like me , from places like Florida where we can enjoy clean cars all year.
I'm in Minnesota so my detailing is limited to going to the self serve you spray it car wash late at night so I can do a bucket wash. Drying is optional as the humidity is 150%.
Temp inside the heated bays are around 50°F - 60°F.
Outside it's usually around 10°F.
Winter sucks.

Wish i had those heated bay carwashs around where i live.
The forum overall did obviously have more informative content constantly from mike p when he was around. Atleast all his prior content is still around for anyone to still learn from. It was great for me because i was new to the ago/ detailing forums scene. My mind was blown with all the information at hand about so many products/tools out there that i didn't know existed. Glad i found this place.
Im just glad that we still have members that try new products(whither it be due to a company sending them new stuff to try, or just curious folks buying it themselves) and then come on here and putting up reviews.
Yinz have definitely helped me up my detailing game! Thanks
