New member Minnesota
New member from Minnesota.
Been many years of reading threads on here and finally decided to join.
Been doing paint corrections for a long time but decided to start my own business a couple years ago.
Was going to post a few pictures but it's not allowing me to.
Was recommended by The Guz to come over here for detailing from Ls1tech which the detailing section is almost non existent lol

First....
Welcome to AutogeekOnline! :welcome:
Second - the two most common reasons people cannot upload pictures to thier free gallery is,
A: TOO LARGE of a file size. Cameras and phones take HUGE pictures and the gallery has a limit as to how large the file size can be. If you look at the THOUSANDS of pictures I've posted over the past 11 years it's AFTER I resize my pictures to a sane size of 800 pixels wide.
Like this,

The next most common problem is if you try to upload an image with a SPACE in the file name. The Internet doesn't like empty spaces in URL addresses and in order to show a picture or a webpage or anythiing on the World Wide Web - everything needs an html. addresss without empty spaces.
This will work,
My_New_Car.jpg
Or this,
My.New.Car.jpg
or this,
My-New-Car.jpg
This will not work,
My New Car.jpg
See the empty spaces?
Computers can figure out and display an image with a space but not the Internet.

Re: New member Minnesota
Here's the easy way,
The easy way to share a picture on a forum - Tapatalk App for your cell phone
As a person that shares a LOT of pictures in the forum world using the best way, which is to upload pictures to a gallery so the pictures have an actual cyber home with an actual cyber address, I completely understand that the majority of people don't know how to do this and don't have the patience or wherewithal to figure it out.
So with that said, here's the easy way, simply get the TapaTalk App on your phone. Links below for the type of phone you have.
Link for TapaTalk for iPhone
Link for TapaTalk from Google Play
I don't have a tutorial on how to then use the App but I figure it out and if I can do it - most of you should be able to look at the interface and with a little experimenting - figure it out.
