This warranty is valid only if the tool is purchased from an officially authorized RUPES distributor.
This warranty excludes all wear items (backing plates and carbon brushes) unless the wear is unusual or excessive based on the amount of tool use.
For tools that have been damaged as a result of mishandling or are beyond the 12-month warranty,
RUPES offers a flat rate repair program that covers most common repairs and will include your shipping!
