Happy to say Bob Eichelberg and Chris Metcalf stopped by Autogeek today. Chris will be attending this class.
Also - we will have something VERY SPECIAL from FLEX at this class and this detailing class will be the FIRST to see it in public.

I’ll share tomorrow.
And Mike Liebing, our host for the class has also obtained some very cool cars for this class.
I love having cool cars for my classes and also sharing the cool cars my classes get to train on.
Who else does this?

What a super cool addition to an already outstanding class, I hope a few of the students are forum active & not only share their experience about the class but also let us know what they think of the New Beast & C Beast. Enjoy the class folks. :xyxthumbs:

Re: Offline Friday, July 19th through Tuesday, July 23
That's a first year '64 GTO ... easiest way to tell is that the headlights are horizontally paired, whereas with the '65-'67, they are stacked vertically. Also the dual hood scoops on the '64 vs. a single, centered scoop on the '65-'67.
Based on the nose, and the lack of the rear brake scoops, that looks like a 1970 Boss 429 Mustang.

I NEED to try a cordless flex!

Just to add...
We’ve held 2 classes at the Indy 500 Race Track. At the second class in 2018 we had some very cool cars to work on including a 1967 GTO
Pictures & Comments - 2018 Indy Roadshow Class
This muscle car came to the class in horrific condition. Here’s GTO after the class trained on it.

Are you going to detail the Penguin's Duckmobile (in the background) too ?
Perhaps use something really hydrophobic to make water run off a duck's back.

Sorry, I got carried away ... it's the heat

At the end of all my classes I bring everyone together and recap what we covered, (takes a while to recap), and at some point I ask each person, after using ALL the different tools and different brands, which tool do you like the best?
And the answer is mixed. It's alway been like this. Some people like the short stroke polishers like the Griot's 6" ROP. Some people like the RUPES long strokes polishers while others like the Griot's long stroke polishers. Some like the BEAST and the Finisher.
And in this class - some people liked and LOVED the cordless FLEX 3401 aka the CBEAST.
Me? I like having the ability to let everyone use so many tools and make up their own mind.
