Help with Air Compressor

I have an older Craftsman air compressor. It builds pressure in the tank, but nothing will come out of the hose. Will a bad regulator cause this? I don't run a Tornador or anything like that, but I will use it to blow debris out of narrow crevices alongside seats, etc.

Do you have a pressure gauge on the tank? I'm assuming so.

If tank pressure is verified, is the regulator set correctly?

If so, it certainly could be the regulator.

Also, the discharge coupler could be bad.

Or finally, the hose itself.
