posting pics when you start a thread???
How do you post pics where others can just scroll down instead of the thumbnails which i think just take to long to since you have to click on each pic? I see peoples post where there posting pics of a detail and you can just scroll down and when i post it only lets me do thumbnails where you have to click on each pic to see it bigger. do i have to adjust the settings or what? when i post pics i click on the manage attachments link then i browse pics on my computer then click upload and it uploads to a thumbnail
Re: posting pics when you start a thread???
To post pictures without adding them as an attachment you have to upload them online through a photo host (photobucket or the like). To get them into your post you need to get the URL to the picture and click the little box of the mountain above on the toolbar. A new window will open and then paste the URL in there. Or you can paste the url into your post and wrap the HTML image code around the URL-- [img] url here [ /img] (without the space between [ & /].

Re: posting pics when you start a thread???
You need to get them hosted online in order for this to work, without using the attachments.
Sign up to one of these sites to upload online if you'd like:
Image hosting, free photo sharing &video sharing at Photobucket= (most popular I believe)
ImageShack® - Hosting

You need to find a free photo uploading site like photobucket to upload your pictures first. Then copy the [img] to paste over here.
