Customer service never answer emails. I have sold my Rupes LHR15 mk2 because I preordered the new cordeless Flex dualaction, and was thinking it was sent soon as thye now are in shops in Europe and you charged my card the same day I ordered it. I have seen it was pending in my account, but now I see that it is backordered, when do I get my polisher that you charged me for several weeks ago ?
