Great thread idea- always looking for food ideas, either quick breakfast or home cooked dinner.
This mornings poor breakfast choice was Holday gas station Chocolate topped old fashioned doughnuts (my weakness). My go-to breakfast during the week lately has been quick oats made with a banana and peanut butter (instead of milk or water), shake of cinnamon and a splash of vanilla. Throw in some chocolate chips or craisins to add a little something else. Actually gets me through to lunch without feeling super hungry.
Lunch is leftovers: stuffed pepper recipe with shredded chicken, corn, red pepper, zucchini, cheese and salsa.
