2 0r 3 inch pads like these and use by hand
FLEX PE8 Rotary Foam Pads 1, 2, 3 Inch Diameter
Microfiber or terry applicator and polish.

Maybe try a compound? I would think that using the 105 it would correct by hand. Maybe pick up some Megs Ultimate Compound, not like it will go to waste, stuff is awesome!

I have found using Mr. Clean Magic Eraser useful in this tight spot, with a detailer, or whatever level of action you need - depends on the needs as to what I go for next. This is a very fine foam block and it's served me well.
