Trying to contact pinnacle by email
So I tried to contact pinnacle directly for my PBL diamond paint coating questions, but had an error with sending the email.
I got a message saying it was rejected by the server permanently. I used sales@pinnaclewax.com
Is that not a valid contact anymore?

Contact Autogeek customer service.
There is vast amounts of knowledge at your fingertips, use Google, Youtube, and the search button.

Re: Trying to contact pinnacle by email
I'd try emailing them at customerservice@pinnaclewax.com or giving them a ring at 877-929-3100 (877-WAX-3100) during normal business hours. If necessary, you could always try contacting Pinnacle's parent company Palm Beach Motoring Group at customerservice@palmbeachmotoring.net or 800-869-3011.

Perhaps a post here in the Pinnacle area can help also, lots of forum members have used the coating and can help.

I wanted to hear it straight from Pinnacle but I guess I can start a new thread.
Since it's the most expensive product I've worked with so far, I wanted to be sure I get facts and not mixed advice based on others personal feelings.

Re: Trying to contact pinnacle by email
Well, to be honest, personal feelings are exactly what you want. Who to give you the best advice and honest feedback more so than the users of the products? Yes, you will get great information from Autogeek staff, but in all fairness they are a little biased.
I recommend searching the forums, there is a good chance some of your questions may have already been asked by someone else.

I spoke with Andre and got some facts. I may start a thread or search more for opinions dealing with high ambient temps... Got a couple things cleared up that were opinion based from other members.
Thanks to those who took time to respond.
