Re: My car made heads turn today because paint looked so freakin wet...
I'm just about convinced that Optimum is one of the key ingredients to this recipe. I used it along with Wolfgang on my black car recently and it enhances the look of the sealant, too.
It's a satisfying feeling to finally discover a product and technique that puts a smile on your face. Spending so much time devouring detailing info...trying so much stuff...being at the car wash all the time...during the hot summer...over the chilly winter...moments of frustration when I didn't get the result I expected...times when I wanted to just give up.
I can reflect on all of it now. This type of look may not be for everyone but for me--mission accomplished!

Jaretr1 are you running those PSS on the Accord? Those are some serious tires that are not really made for that car but I'm sure your accord has never handled as well as it has with those tires! lol
I don't know of too many people that would run a high performance tire on a passenger car but if you don't mind replacing them every other year then why not, more traction is always nice but it comes at the price of longevity as you're finding.

Hmmm...
I have OID and Opti-Clean,but no XMT. I do however use Pinnacle's Rinseless, and I have some Pinnacle Souveran Spray wax. I'll be the the OID/Pinnacle Souveran spray wax would make a killer combo also.
That has to be a slick and shiny sucker if you used Opti-Clean also!

Yes, experiment and have fun! Opti-Clean and OID by themselves look good but when you start to layer other products on top it seems to give even more impressive results. Here are some combos I've done:
-Optimum (ONR, Opti-Clean, OID)/Pinnacle XMT 360 Spray Wax
-Optimum No Rinse Wash and Shine/Wolfgang Deep Gloss Liquid Seal
-Optimum Instant Detailer and Gloss Enhancer/Chemical Guys Wet Mirror Finish
I hope all you guys get a chance to try your own combinations and report on the results!
