Oldie but goodie: Pinnacle Souveran spray wax

With so many spray waxes on the market now, this get often forgotten about. It’s still one of my favorites.

While it may not be the most durable, it makes up for durability in extreme ease of use and the looks department.

By far this is the easiest to use. From just above freezing to very hot and humid, it is totally streak free no matter how heavy or light it is applied.

My favorite part is the amazing depth and gloss it leaves without having that plastic like look that some of the more modern spray waxes leave behind. While high gloss is great, without the depth and wet look, I feel some newer products miss the mark on some colors.

This works great as a drying aid also. If you are looking for that just waxed look after each wash without actually waxing, this is your answer..... especially on dark colors. No fuss, no streaks.

Totally agree. I ran out a while ago, and it’s just more $ than I’m willing to spend, but it’s the most forgiving and best looking spray wax I have ever used. Just wish it didn’t cost so much!

I couldn’t remember if this was a good drying aid. Thanks for pointing that out.

Thank you for this one. I've been looking for a spray wax to use as a drying aid. Always like the Pinnacle Souveran Paste Wax.

Oh I never considered the gallon. I’ll check it out. I’m on a PNS/BSD kick right now. I mix the BSD about 4:1 with QD and I basically never wash my car due to covid, so I’ll probably have this bottle for like a year. Oldie but goodie: Pinnacle Souveran spray wax

Yes, the gallon comes out to $60.00 on a 25% off sale. That’s $7.50 per 16oz. Less than a bottle of crappy OTC spray wax. And being a wax it lasts a long time, I’ve had mine for 3-4 years. The smell might have changed a bit but it works like day 1.

Think 25% off sales are a thing of the past.... haven’t seen that or a tool sale in a while

To add, I have found this plays really over coatings. I used this today in full sun on a hot panel with zero streaking. Rather impressive if you ask me.
