Pinnacle Bodywork Shampoo - does it work in a foam gun?

Been using the McKee's 37 Xtreme Foam Formula in my foam gun. I have an older bottle of Pinnacle Bodywork Shampoo sitting around and am wondering if it'll work in a foam gun? There's no mention of using it in a gun on the product page on the AG website. Rarely use the 2 BM since purchasing the foam gun.

I say try. I use CG wash for a bucket in my foam foam gun on setting 3. I get plenty of suds

I have used it in my foam gun and it will, probably not as well as your McKees 37 Xtreme foam Formula. The Pinnacle Shampoo is really known for it's high lubricity and coconut oils. It's not really a "sudsy" shampoo, rather you don't needs suds to clean, you need a formula to cut and lift dirt off the vehicle, which it does.

Only thing I say, like Buster is, try it... It won't hurt anything...

IMO any car soap can be used. The foaming will vary. Either way Pinnacle Body Work shampoo or most anything Pinnacle are excellent products!

Are you saying that using a foam gun eliminates all the dirt and grit therefore a rinse bucket is not needed?

I'm guessing he means a wash bucket isnt required. Using the foam gun as the "wash bucket" and then rinsing like normal with bucket and grit guard. Thats my take on it at least.

vs dragging two buckets around? Foam gun and rinse bucket or wash and rinse bucket. I do foam gun and rinse bucket, and its not slower for me vs two buckets. Might come down to personal preference? I don't think the foam gun and rinse bucket would be any riskier then 2 buckets for instilling scratches and what not.

I could be totally wrong as well, I was just taking a guess at what he meant, now I wanna know what he meant too haha. Trying to learn as much as I can.

No buckets in any of the pics as far as I can tell. I'm not concerned about scratching the paint because I'm going to machine polish it anyway.
