What a turnout of cars and muscle!! There was plenty of work to go around. (Charger)Dave didn't think it was possible to improve on the paint quality but I believe we changed his mind.
Plenty of pizza to go around. A shout out to Bob for letting us continue to use the show car garage. I learn something new every time I lend a hand. Mike, great job organizing 2 teams to knock 2 cars out of the park. Both car owners left with big smiles on their faces.

Like the old chewing gum ad said, "Double your pleasure, double your fun," Mike and his team made two proud car owners (both named Dave) very happy on Thursday evening. Autogeek's Show Car Garage provided the spa treatment for a tastefully modified classic hot rod AND an iconic muscle car. When I arrived, both cars looked clean, shiny and obviously very well-maintained by their owners. Then came the "baggie test." After claying the paint with Pinnacle Poly Clay and Pinnacle Clay Lube, the shine turned to gloss. Then came Mike's Brinkman Dual Xenon Light and there were the swirls and a few light scratches in the smooth paint finish. Pinnacle Advanced Compound applied with the proper pads and highest quality tools quickly corrected those flaws. The rest of the evening was pure joy! Each successive step in the process brought the paint finishes to a higher level. I had the privilege and pleasure of participating in four of the five steps on these beautiful examples of Americana. Thanks, again, to Mike and Autogeek for this opportunity to make our world more beautiful, one or two cars at a time. Special thanks to Dave and Dave for their trust (and the pizza).
Ciao,
Al Fortuna

I have a flex so it was nice to use some other tools as well as some compounds and waxes I've never tried before.
Glad you and Kevin could join us Matt.
