Dear AGO Friends - I'm Now On Facebook!
Dear Friends,
First of all, I'd like to say I miss you so much.
Once upon a time I had the Privilege to stay here more often, following, liking and LEARNING A LOT from all you guys. Nowadays, I barely have time to eat / sleep in between detailing!
I have a huge feeling of gratitude with this forum since everyone here who participated even for a little in my life was of immense importance, of great incentive and hope for me to keep on moving.
Many here know I was running a Home-Based Detailing Business and faced problems within my place, so I've started a larger Detailing Store. No more details for now (please, feel free to just ask if you want to know more how transition was).
I'm running Business for some months now, but unfortunately the guy I had by my side soon showed his 'Hack Detailing' side and other dishonest behaviors that made me fire him to avoid the destruction of everything I've build based in Honesty, Love, Hard Work and AutoGeek Standard. I'm now, Fine.
Not enough, the 'other guy' started to market himself based on my reputation, and opened another detailing store... What to say...
Every detailer in my town or even in my country that knows me, knows the kind of guy I am, and can count on me, ever. We are all friends and I'm always ready to cooperate.
With that in mind, I had to 'run over' Facebook to find my friends improve my marketing, so I've slowly started to show some of work you know here very well, but not my Brazilian Friends. I've described the detailing process in Portuguese for it to be accessible to everyone to understand what we do in a friendly easy manner with the material I already had.
The results were above expectations, and I'm slowly improving my visibility in my city. People are very interested in what WE (me and you) do.
With that said, there's one thing missing in my Facebook Page: YOU! That's right.
I invite you to add me:

My business is Show Car - Săo Carlos - SP. There you can follow some of work I did in the past and some new things already posted and much more to come.
I'd like to thank you everyone in anticipation for all support, and I'm looking forward to meet you there, and to follow what you've doing too! I'm also up for chat and other forms of interaction, please, feel free to contact me, you're all welcome.
Thank you, thank you so very much for reading my message and for everything you did for me. AGO changed my life, and today I'm living the 'payback' of my investment here.
One think I know, Without you, I'm nothing.
Wish you all the best, keep in touch.
Kind Regards, from Brazil.

Great news Rafael!! So glad to hear your doing well! I myself am in a transition period. My family and I just moved back north to the suburbs of Boston MA. I will be finally in business with a long time friend and fellow detailer all while playing daddy daycare during the day. Wishing you continued success. Sent you a request Justin Sherwood

Dear Tato.
Since we are some 70 miles apart, you can count on me for anything.
I'm glad you opened up your chest and decided to tell our AGO friends what you have been through.
Best regards, and at your service, as always.

Thank you James. Not enough, he damaged 70-80% of my material including brushes, pads, microfibers, liquids and others, passed a car over a Flex polisher (no damage, luckily!, that tool is a Tank!), damaged workspace, put dirt into my buckets and used my best Polishing Microfibers on dirty wheels, engine, then stored over a dirty table - you can name it ahhaha Robert DiTerlizzi would go NUTS inspecting my poor polishing towels that time! lol It's funny, because it's past. Life is a continuous Learning.
Independently of what happened (dishonesty and all the rest - I'm over everything again), I'm just sad because I feel in my heart we (people) are Stronger Together. I'd love to have a partner to share difficulties of the beginning then the wealthy future we build together - Share the happiness of every moment. I'm always up to help, anyone - But I feel really bad when I'm abused for my kindness.
Thank you very much for message, hope you enjoy the story above!

Thank you so very much Justin. Daddy Daycare was for me a very special moment when I could realize exactly from 'what' and where I came from - educating my child. It was a lifetime learning, self-learning. Wish you all the best!
On the detailing side, if I have permission to give an opinion, it is 'Always do Your Best'. Independently on what car or for how much money you're working at that moment, show you are different, show that you care. Word of mouth will do the rest for you.
Do not fall into the illusion of momentary money, you can have a few bucks in a short period, but that will not be sustainable for you in the long run. Your credibility and quality will.
Best Wishes.

Dear Mike, thank you for message! It's a pleasure to follow your posts from there and the links to the forum puts me back here again much more often! Thanks for that.
Have you seen my BMW M5 post? It was shoot yesterday, so it's the most recent work I did to keep everything up to date!

Dear Bob. Even though we are distant and never ever met personally, every time I read a message from you enriches myself with wiseness and joy (cool thinking you have!). I miss your posts much more than you miss mine, rest assured!
Unfortunately, doing a complete show'n'shine thread is a challenge nowadays, I'm always working on at least 2-3 different projects and just can't stop to take the camera and get the right shot (yes, some defects are difficult to focus on camera and I miss My focus when stopping to try and take a good picture before starting). At the end I always regret (should had taken the before picture!). It'll come out naturally, and your message is of great incentive.
I will not 'judge' you in any manner regarding Facebook: I used to be a pioneer in digital communication since I was 7 y/o or so and became fascinated with Bulletin Board Systems (BBS), then followed the whole Internet development, started a FB page last week!
If you ever change your mind (like I did with mine), you're MUCH MORE THAN Welcome.
Regards.

Thank you so very much Mike,
I truly appreciate your friendship and to follow the moments you share.
Busy is a word I 'dislike' using as an excuse, I'm facing difficult organizing my time. Slowly I'll get there.
Kind Regards for you and your beautiful family.

Sorry to hear, though it clearly states he had no respect for other detailers nor anyone who's trying to help him in the long run, however even if you keep on solo or with another partner you'll have the last laugh cause all will soon see the underside of him hence never give up and happy detailing
