Hey is that a FORD! Couldn't tell by looking at the grill, geez.

Claimed more power than the previous V8.

My wife's Explorer Sport has that engine and there is no "boost" to it. Complete piece of crap... Can't wait till the lease is up and I get rid of it. $40k+ for a complete dog on power.

Sorry, there is no replacement for displacement. Give me a V8, please.

I think all previous Raptor owners are just happy as can be. I don't care if it had more power. A turbo doesn't replace a larger displacement engine.

Preach! The sad part is these "Eco" engines may beat the government tests but in really world driving my wife gets 14mpg. On my V8 Hemi I'm getting 13mpg and knocking out 470hp. You just end up riding the gas harder and sucking gas with smaller displacement.

Do your intake valves have massive carbon deposits on them yet? Any drivability issues?

You should have posted here first. I could have told you any Explorer was and always will be a piece of crap. Raptor looks no different. 10 speed transmission. Lol.

All that black plastic will be faded gray on the Raptor in exactly 1.3 years.
