I guess stepping on one would qualify as "upsetting them". Pretty scary.
It is no coincidence that man's best friend cannot talk.

Yeah, the dogs were heading straight for it, being curious, not aggressive. If you'd checked my heart rate, I'd say it jumped up 20 or so beats when I saw it.

    Re: Show us your pet.

I took my little buddy to a job today to meet a new friend.

The little Golden Retriever, who has grown so fast, enjoyed having anther dog to play with. My seven year old Cocker grew tired of her energy and exuberance by the end. Was so nice to watch as I trimmed and weeded.

The little girls older playmate is such a beautiful dog, so placid and happy in nature, the two have bonded so well.

    Re: Show us your pet.

    Last night, exhausted from playtime.

I took him to a job at one of my neighbors this afternoon, mainly to get him some exercise and keep me company whilst I weeded and tidied. After a while, my neighbor came out and sat in her chair. I glanced over and spotted him snuggled at her feet, lapping up pats. My neighbor is in poor health, my little buddy became her little buddy for that moment in time. I love how dogs sense the mood of the humans around them and adjust their demeanor to suit. It was a sweet little thing to watch and one of the reasons I love him so much.
