Please help to identify this car...my niece when missing in it

Hi all could you please tell me what model and possibly year this Hyundai is? My niece went missing. I can see the license plate in the windshield but cannot make it out.

Kind of looks like our old Elantra.

Looks like a 2nd gen (1995-2000) Hyundai Elantra.



I hope you are able to find your niece. Wish I were able to make out the license plate but I'd hate to speculate - maybe could be a 4 in the beginning of it.
