i never get the flu shot. this year I did and i still got sick. forget about getting it next year...

The flu season hit early this year, and even worse, the predominant strain is an N3H2 variant, which usually leads to a severe season. On top of that, they are saying that the N3H2 variant included in the vaccine for the Northern Hemisphere is not the one now being seen in the Northern Hemisphere. Looks like they rolled snake eyes yet again in the vaccine crap shoot.

I bench pressed a C4 transmission attached to a 302 up into place on the trans crossmember in a 1955 Thunderbird two days ago.

Sunday hit the gym for some cardio and core work

Got a 3.5 mile run in at lunch

Shoulder press this morning

Warm-up with 2 sets of 12 reps - 90 pounds

3 sets of 12 reps - 130 pounds

Tricep Pushdowns - 3 sets 12 using 90 pounds

Barbell Curl - 4 sets of 12 reps 65 pounds


Enough to workout to get the blood flowing!
