2 miles mixed stroke pulling.

Mike with a bit more you could join a 3-man team for the Ironman! They do for a Half Ironman a 1.2-mile swim or Full Ironman is the 2.4-miles swim.

Either way that's a lot of upper body workout, keep it up in 2020!

Started the New Year with a nice run. Felt good to get out after being sick the last week+.

Today i did a 26 mile bike ride with the old lady, west orange trail here in clermont, fl.

I suck at swimming!

I actually thought about training for and then trying out for the 2020 Paralympics.

There's a Master's Swim Team here in Stuart I could train with.

I contacted the U.S. Paralympics team but never heard back from them.

Kind of let down they didn't have a person that could reply to a simple e-mail.

I haven’t been that sick in years... I got hit hard. So did my husband.
So much for the holidays. At least we had time to just stay home and be sick. Something to be said for that.

i never get the flu shot. this year I did and i still got sick. forget about getting it next year...
