My exercise today was precisely walking. I don’t know how far I walked because I don’t have a tracker but my guess is it’s about 2km worth. I went to a client today and got trapped there because of the surge from my ride home. So basically I shopped for necessary stuff.
Went snow skiing (downhill) for 8 hours Saturday with my buddy who has 2 nonstop teenage boys (30 minute lunch break); my senior citizen hips took a beating ( knees were fine)
Wednesday: 4.5 mile run
