Back in the gym today after a 2-3 week break for work and some healing (golfers elbow), it's hell getting old! Hit the elliptical, chest, and back...just a light workout to get back in the swing of things.

I bought inversion table recently so now I can strengthen my core muscles at home. So convy. I checked reviews about best inversion tables here (I shouldn't be posting links) and ordered one on Amazon. Very cool tool for working out and stretching spine at the same time.

Well...I think I over did it!! I did chest and back on Tuesday, back is a little sore but no issues on Tuesday and Wednesday.
Wednesday night was legs...and I started a new routine from weight loss/cutting to bulking...I'm not interested in becoming huge, just want a little more mass. Did squats, leg press, etc..I had a feeling Thursday and Friday were going to be bad.
I was pretty sore on Thursday but manageable, today...not so much! I can barely walk, sitting down into a chair or car is painful and i look like i'm 95 years old...and my 17 year old daughter is laughing at me, I can't blame her, I would too! It's always day 2 that is the worst, I'll be back in the gym tomorrow, don't want to embarrass myself hobbling into the gym tonight!
4 mile run this morning.
Day 3 much better. Worked arms today with new routine, we'll see tomorrow how everything feels, so far so good.
