Washed the car at 7:30am, pretty good core exercise! Went to the gym and worked shoulders and abs, Back is tomorrow.

This week is the beginning of my 16 week training schedule for my marathon in December Im the MAN
jacuzzi, swim, steam room. had to wait an hour as there was aqua aerobics class and i had gotten there right when it started :( almost didn't swim because i was getting too relaxed waiting...
gotta hand it to you. i use to run but it's too hard on my joints and i could run maybe two miles before having to stop/walk and start again. don't know how some (like yourself) can run miles and miles continuously. swimming on the other hand, i can do laps upon laps. best of luck to you in the marathon! :)
Thx! I used to be a swimmer so the transition has been easy in some ways (I have the lung capacity to go for days) but difficult in others (like getting used to the high impact).
I made sure to book a hotel that has a giant jacuzzi with bar service for after the marathon ;)
