It was a humid one!
Did physical therapy, yesterday, walked 2 miles last night, and walked 2 miles this morning...

Yesterday morning was gym day for me.
Full body workout - 60 minutes.
Had swim workout on my schedule this morning but we're shooting a new video today.
Had to come in early and unpack pallet from the Auburn Roadshow Class because tools we'll need for the video were in the BOTTOM totes. :laughing:
