Ran 3 miles yesterday followed by an hour and a half of boxing.
Did an upper body circuit today in the weight room.
Will wrestle tomorrow for about 2 hours
Boxing or cross training on Sunday.
I walk about 3/4 mile to the train station, then half mile to the office, then reverse everyday.
Futbol.
I was hiking in the woods this weekend.
been really focusing on relaxing my freestyle technique even more so lately and watching someone like sun yang (400, 800 and 1500m freestyle champion) has really helped me a lot (excellent video of his technique below). yesterday I got a compliment by a swimmer saying that my swimming looked effortless, it definitely put a smile on my face... :)

I used to box and mma, now i just do everything i can to maintain my 190lb weight and not have a gut..so far so good! Today i changed coolant in my moms Toyota, and painted her bathroom...good nuff for the day! LOL
Did a one and a half mile run today. Man oh man am I slow compared to when I was in the military. Let's just say that my run today was slower than what I used to run 3 miles in. :/
swam about 50 laps today (mainly freestyle). ian Thorpe quite possibly has the best freestyle form IMO. such great technique...
