some swimming today, 35 laps...
last year about this time I would cut,rake and put up 300 or so bales of hay but I butchered out my last cow for awhile in the spring.
I am making up for that by raking muck and weeds out of the lake at my cabin and this fall will be firewood.
I really don't exercise other than that but I did quit smoking 10 years ago
I just bought a new Marcy home gym. My god it took like 5 hours to build by myself. Worst instructions ever - no words, just black and white drawings. It’s replacing my 15 yr old bo flex. I will say, now that it’s built I love it.
I worked out on it today for the first time and then did 2 mile walk on treadmill and coached U9 soccer. I have a Fitbit and avg 140k steps a week. Recently I started riding my road bike again on the trainer. I used to be able to ride 50 miles. Now I am struggling getting 2 in. It’s going to take time but I’m going to try and stick w it so I can be around for my kids. Sux to be on the heavy side.

Washed the car? That seems to be the only physical activity I do these days. I spend about 2 to 3 hrs and at least 2 times a week.
Ten years ago the doctor wanted to replace both of my knees. I told him that was not going to happen!
I found out by accident that 20 minutes a day on the elliptical and my knees don’t buckle on me anymore.
If I miss 3 days in a row I start having problems again.
I try to knock this out early every morning.
