Re: what's the last form of excercise you've done?
Orange Theory. 3x per week, plus 2 days running. Orange Theory is basically a 1 hour of intense coached cross training, utilizing rowing, treadmill and floor exercises. Great workout.

detailing/cars is important to us all on here, but what's more important is your health. if you don't have that nothing else matters in this world and what good is life then. with so many health issues/problems today like diabetes, high blood pressure/cholesterol, etc, it's important to keep mobile/active otherwise over time it gets worse. a heart attack (silent killer) can happen at anytime without a person knowing it. one should never depend only on medication (if taken), but exercise/diet as they all go hand in hand. your story shows your determination/motivation (and will power) and my hats off to you (one of the best things i've heard this year), keep it up!

Yard work...trim hedges, mow grass, edging. WARNING Don't text and mow. I did finally regain control of my self propelled mower.
2008 Toyota Tacoma 410,000 miles and still going strong.

Re: what's the last form of excercise you've done?
Squats: 345lbs for 3 sets of 4
3ct pause bench: 210 for 2 sets of 4
2ct pause deadlift: 335 for 2 sets of 4
Getting close to my goal is a 405lb squat for a single at RPE8, bench is slowly approaching 315 for a single at RPE8, and deadlift is playing catch up, and I hope to end this training block with a single at 405, at around an RPE8 with the goal by the end of the year being a 500+ single @8.

there are a lot of things that prompted me to make a change, one of the biggest was the lack of energy when I wanted to detail my Camaro SS. last summer I had to stop with out completing my detail multiple times. back killed me and had virtually no energy. something had to change. Keto was the beginning, learning how to keep insulin in check and hunger at bey. the rest has been trial and error. and of course a good level of will power!
