more swimming about a half mile. wasn't feeling it today and i also feel itchy all over which i suspect is from the pool water or jacuzzi... :(

Still at it with the DDP Yoga. Approaching 1 year in March and down 47 pounds approaching the goal of 53. Strength and flexibility are at an all time high.
Also who knew I was actually 6' 1.5' when I thought i was always 6'1" even. My core strength has helped with my posture.

In time. When I get to my goal and ready to share. Dramatic difference for sure. My competition ready is too big now which is a 2XL.
