I work at the rather large club as a trainer... mostly clients with issues as I've lived with many for years. Last workout was Kettlebell Deadlifts, stability ball push-ups, shoulder ( rotator-cuff ) work, etc.

what's the last form of exercise you've done?

I was in the gym this morning, did 2 miles in 32 minutes on the air rower.

Yesterday, in the pool at 6:00am, did 80 laps with pull paddles, mixed stroke.
