Was in the gym this morning at 5:30am, mostly for shoulders and abs.

Been following the guy on ATHLEAN-X on YouTube, good info on training. Not just the "how" but the "why".


Too cold to do swim workouts right now, can't risk getting sick with MTW, the Boat Class and the 3-Day Car Detailing Class all coming up one after the other.

Hit the gym early again (5:15 am). Back, biceps and abs today.

Hit the gym today for a 3.5 mile run on the treadmill. Plus some sit-ups and stretching.
Also got in another mile walking the dogs when I got home
