What state are in?

southern california. i swim at the gym pool. i go to different locations and some of them have the water temps in the pool slightly different. you wouldn't think a few degrees would be a big noticeable difference but it is...

A couple few hours on the drum set. Double bass drills, and crossovers. This really works the midsection.... Ugh!

Walk 4.5 miles in the morning.

Afternoon Crossfit Class consisting of:

8 sets of Bulgarian split squats (back foot up on a bench)


then


10 min workout - As many rounds as possible of:

20 squat cleans with a medicine ball (30#)
10 strict pull-ups

I started eating clean & working out/walking consistently mid-Oct. Was ~224 when I started, down to ~195 now.

2 1/2 hours on machines at the gym working upper body. with my back issues I'm limited, but do everything I can to stay in shape.

gym closed early today so a few miles were ran instead (of swimming). it hurts so good...
