I'm used to a truck, and it felt like my butt was dragging on the ground.... Lol
But all in all, that little car is quick and fun! Loved driving it!

Yup. No lie.
(Working for a Ford dealer now as of Monday). In and out of every Ford model imaginable, and no time to learn each model's features just yet............ Lol

Re: DK News
Just wanted to say hello.....
Nothing too exciting going on.
I had a coworker text me over the weekend asking if he could wash his new car with dish soap since he didn't have car wash......
And another coworker asked if I'd polish up and seal his new black truck (ugh). This guy does NOT take care of his vehicles. I'm still tempted to do what I can with it and just take the money, but I'm also wondering if he will bulk at any price I give him. Luckily he's looking for a fall detail so I have time to ponder this. I do like his new truck (pretty S-10 with a blackout package), so I kinda want to help him out, plus he's a nice guy.
Our one greyhound who had the seizures is still doing great, like nothing happened. I expect her to live past the 1-6 months they gave her. We are approaching 6 months now.
Hope everyone is having a great summer!

That's awesome news right there!!!! I'm a little concerned with our 7 year old grey. She's panting a lot and not wanting to eat her food (nothing new, she can be picky). I took her to the vet and did a full panel work up, including tick borne illnesses and valley fever, all came back negative. I think it's just because it's so darn hot and she's getting older (will be 8 in September).

Thx! Yeah she’s going strong.
I wouldn’t worry- our male is SUPER picky eating... like trying to get a toddler to eat every day! And it’s much worse in the summer when it’s hot.

I think that's what it is... now that we're in the throws of summer (114 today), although AC in house is at 76, she's moping about.

Yup, and with the extreme heat comes less walks. So lots of moping here.
They will survive.

That makes sense. I have a co-worker that has Trials dogs, and she recently had a couple of scent work weekends and said the heat messes with their sense of smell. Alot of it due to the increased panting - more open mouth breathing vs. nose breathing.
