Just a question here. What type of fine or punishment could have been dealt for really peeing on the car? Like said above, call it in, don't be a police officer.

Indecent exposure or lewd conduct and maybe even some kind of sex crime charge if they really wanted to stick it to you per se.

I hurt my back when I was 26 and I often think about getting a handicap sticker or tag. But after thinking about it, I almost feel like its pointless for me. I hate parking next to other cars and normally park on the far end of the lot. If I am hurting a little bit that day I just keep telling myself the walk might do me some good.
