looking for work

hi everyone I'm looking for a new place to work. I'm just not into working at a place that doesn't know squat about detailing. it's more like I have two trashed cars, trucks etc in a 8 hr day. sounds like a hack detailers dream come true right. Anyways for the quality work I do they should be charging more because I'm practically doing some good correction. put it this way $250+ details for pennies. I just want out of this situation and I can't find any good highend shops by me. A few guys are a one man army which I respect but I would like to work for someone who appreciates fantastic work and pays well. sorry for my rant but I'm sure you guys understand. cheers!

Starting your own business would probably be easier than finding a shop that actually does quality detailing. Its just the way it is. I was on the same path as you. I worked for 4 different places and none of them were worth a damn.

I started my own business 5 months ago. I still do a lot of production detailing. Its just a lot better than my competition.

I am contemplating that too. locations is what I really need to find. we'll see what happens in the next few months. hope your business booms buddy
