My coverage of BimmerFest West 2013

This past Saturday was BimmerFest at the Rose Bowl Stadium in Pasadena CA. I drove out their and back in the same day. I got on the road at 05:00 and made it to the show at 09:00 despite some stop and go traffic and detour to a different highway in CA.

Anyways here are my pictures. There were so many cars I couldnt see all of them within the same day. With just under 2000 vehicles and over 4700 people it was a big event.

Here are the stats of what was registered.
Bimmerfest 2013 California Event Registration Statistics!

Here is member 530inv AKA Jace

    Me after nearly 300 miles

This just happen to drive by as I was taking pictures. What do you think Anthony?

A club members car. This is wrapped.

Looking over my shoulder to see the main display

I got a kick out of this guy. Was pretty funny to see them drive by.

    Tuned by Hamman

    Check out the central exhaust!

I love this look on the new 3 series. Well executed.

    Another beauty done right.

Here you go Klasse. Because Racecar.

It was pretty flattering to see a car that I detailed put on display in the vender area. This was for the vender LTMotorWerks. This time it has a new front clip. Looks good Mike!
Mikes Detail Shop preps white 3 series for OC2.0

This is a widebody replica of the WTCC released for the public. Work performed by LTMW.

This next batch of colorfull BMW's are works of art of IND distribution.

When I saw this plate I thought of Andr3w. Lol. Notice anything buddy?

Nice that looked like a good time! I had to deal with all that Bimmerfest traffic through LA on my way to Santa Barbara.

    Another club members car

    An Arial Atom showed up

    Wrapped....

Club members cars in the Nitto tire both

Our local club member in the both as well.

    A 7 inch lip!!!

I love his license plate. He is building an older BMW for his son with matching plates. FASTKID

Akrapovic exhaust. What a work of art. Made of titanium with carbon fiber tips. Check the price. I dare you. lol

    A beautiful M5....

    And a beautiful M6...

This is striking to say the least. I approve.

    Like a BAWS

Just a random shot at the crowd and surronding area.

A new M6 with 20 inch wheels and massive carbon brakes filling the wheels out nicely.

    Very nice seats!!!!

Alpina b7. I couldnt get enough of this car. Very rare. BMWNA brought this out along with the previous M6. I overheard the price was 160 large for this giant sedan....

The valve stem is actually in the center where the lugbolts are. One of the spokes is hollow to allow air to fill the tire. This gives for a clean overall look....

Hope you guys enjoyed the thread. I have another show this weekend to do. Mfest. Do you guys want coverage of this event as well????

Thanks for the coverage of the event.

I need to go to one of these event someday. As a spectator and not as a participant since my car is not tricked-out.

    It was a great time.

Traffic was messed up all day on the 210 because of this I'm sure.

No old school 2002tii's, M3's, etc? I guess I'm showing my age. I had Mustangs and Saabs back in the early 80's but always drooled over the late 70's early 80's 2002's, 3 series, Alpinas etc.
Learning to detail for fun and to show my 96 Ford SVT Cobra, Black. My dad always said I was going to wax the paint right off my car. Would wax every weekend. GG 6" DAP

It is truly amazing how someone can take a beautiful car and turn it into a rice mobile! At least a handful of them were tastefully modified.
