The Official Pay It Forward Thread

Alright guys, inspired by some very charitable members, I wanted to try a PIF (Pay It Forward) Thread. This is something that has been very successful on the Camaro forum I am on, in fact, there is a whole subforum on it now.

Concept: You list something you don't mind giving away, someone responds in the thread or PM's you that they could use it, you ship it out (if you can afford it, at your expense. If not, other person pays for shipping). The person who got items shipped to them now should ideally PIF something or maybe later down in the road when they have more products. It's a chain that depends on GOOD HONORABLE forum members to succeed.

There is only one rule: You do not ever ask for something. The idea of this thread is to be completely dependent on the generosity of others and not to ever ask for anything.

And of course, have fun!



So, to start off this PIF, I have three packages I will send (at my cost ) to three different people:


LSP Package:

1) A couple ounces of G 1.5 Silo Seal
2) A couple ounces of Blackfire Wet Diamond Sealant
3) A couple ounces of Collinite 845


Polish/Compound/AIO Package:

1) A couple ounces of M100
2) A couple ounces of Optimum Hyper Polish
3) A couple ounces of XMT 360 AIO


Tire Dressing Package:
1) A couple ounces of PERL
2) A couple ounces of Adam's SVRT
3) A couple ounces of Pinnacle Onyx Tire Gel

Love the idea and a great idea to come together as an online community. Hopefully once I get some supplies when the weather turns I will get in this!

Awesome idea! It would be funny to see those little sample bottle labeled with their destinations as they move from one hand to the others.

At this time I have limited products but I am subscribing to this thread so when the time comes I will throw my PIF samples in the mix.

I've been reading about Collonite and VRTs and (the list goes on) and unfortunately the AG samples don't offer the opportunity to select from their full product line. This would be one of those ways to sample the "non-samples" and expand our knowledge base. We can then speak from "experience", rather than speaking about what we have read on other threads.

Thank you guys for your kind words I'm just here to start it so once all three of my PIF's are gone, it's up to the AG community to keep the ball rolling. I'm happy to hear that both of you guys want to contribute once you can

And I agree, this is an awesome way to try out products that you may otherwise had to buy a full bottle of. I have gotten a lot of samples from people I now consider friends on this site and few other forums and this is definitely a way you can know whether or not you want to buy a product. Win-win for everyone

Great Idea. I'm looking for containers to carry products in to make samples for whoever would like one. What do you use?
