    Help With Uploading A YouTube Video

    So I made a video yesterday and I edited everything and when I would play the video on the file it plays straight through with no interruptions. When I uploaded it to you tube it cuts out and it gets all distorted and the video freezes and then the audio and video don't match. I have uploaded it 3 times and each time it does the same thing. Any Idea whats going on?

    I'm sure there's computer geeks...ahem..experts, that can better advise you than me. But, I would check the parameters of the file and make sure it fits within what YT accepts. Then look into what file extensions they accept as well. You might have to convert it to a different format and upload it again. Just thinking out loud...

    Only thing I can think of is maybe you used a codec YouTube doesn't support. Could also be on their end. May want to shoot them an email.

    I do not know first hand but wondering if when it converts and compresses it is messing up the file. May you could convert to wmv and upload?

    I made a video Saturday and went through the same process...Converted it and the video is fine- This one is giving me troubles though.
