Coatings like OptiCoat and CQuartz = Any towel?

I read the descriptions on both these coatings, OptiCoat and CQuartz, it says its harder to scratch...

Does that mean I can start using any towels to dry a car that has been CQuartz/OptiCoated, and use any towels to remove wax if I decided to wax on top? Since I normally purchase the Cobras microfiber but the only reason I bought those expensive Cobras was because its suppose to not scratch the paint, but now that the paint has been scratch-resistant coated, will any towel do without worry of scratches?

scratch resistant not scratch proof. I still use quality mf towels. IMO waxing on top just reduces the non-stick attributes I like about OC.

    No it does not!
It is not a shield(OptiCoat and CQuartz)against scratches.

They help minimize swirls and scratches.Anytime you touch your paint,Alway's use a Quality/Clean MF.

Opticoat will still mar even though it is an improvement over nothing/alternatives. There will likely never be a product that allows sloppy technique or inferior products/tools. With towels, you should always test to make sure they are paint safe anyway regardless of price. I even physically/visually inspect my paint safe towels before each use.
