I say this as a fan of Perl, I love it for tires, but for my intended tasks it's not as good as Hyper Dressing.
Perl doesn't seem to self-level as well as HD, nor does it spread as easily.
Keep in mind that I'm analyzing these products VERY finely so as to explain their differences. To be honest, someone could use Perl and be completely happy with its performance as an engine bay or wheel arch dressing. Having used both, HD has the edge.

So wanted some new felts for IK foam pro 12. The repair packs come with 20 felts. I thought you would need multiple in replacing but you only need one….. I now have 60. [emoji2369]
Where I ordered had a nice sale and if you spent $100 you get free shipping…….. we all know how we hate to pay shipping…..
So order a gasket repair kit as well to have on hand.
Want to replace my all grit gaurds with Dirtlocks so got a couple.
Got an Autofiber hand held clay disc. Also a couple of their tire applicators as I enjoy using there saver applicators to apply.
An IK sprayer to see if I want more Kwazars or move to these. Kwazar will probably win out due to size.
Lastly a gallon of Hole shot from shine supply. It’s for Off Road vehicles but talk to SS a while ago and said it would be a good TFR. Half the price of BH if it works.

I use Hyper Dressing for wheel arch dressing, engine bay dressing and occasionally to treat exterior trim and tires.
If you need a quick detailer, Last Touch is very nice to have too.

I had the dog!
Christmas came early:) Out of everything I got I want to mention the Dewalt Blower. I tried it without the nozzle and it literally kicks!!! It pushes my hand back a good inch. Way more air than I was expecting. I'll get the nozzle Monday. Also the Tornador cut my interior down in half! My new favorite toolIm the MAN

I haven't used them before, but they look very similar to a Gyeon drying towel I bought years ago, very soft, very absorbent, so I thought I'd try them out. If they're like the Gyeon, basically you flick the towel out over the roof or hood, glide it back towards you, and it absorbs everything. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...bb59ecd697.jpg

And just found out megs m40 contains silicones even though it is water based as well. That sucks cuz i have a 1/2 to 3/4 gallon of it yet. Have not had any issues with it drying rubber out though yet

Considering all the talk about Hyper Dressing lately, I want throw another product into the mix that I have been also using lately, P&S Shape Up...................
P&S Shape Up Interior Dressing

Shape up is another water-based silicone dressing that works in a similar fashion to Hyper Dressing, almost as good but considerably less expensive.
