Question Making my own Car Wax???

I have been playing around with the idea of trying to make my own Nuba. I have tried to look and find info, but there isn't much out there on the net about ingredients and wax making. I did find some info on another forum. I really like PBMA waxes and want to try and create my own formula based on the already great offerings. Can any forum members or anyone form AG help me out?

On a side note: After seeing the tread by A4 1.8tqm Melt and re-pour Carnauba paste wax. I started thinking of how a blend of Fuzion and Max Wax would perform. YUM!

Email Dom at DodoJuice or Ben from Rubbisboyz. Also go over on the UK forums and they will gladly help you out and answer questions. There is also a good thread over there that Ben opened that shows the begining of the famed Rubbishboyz Original Edition.

LOL, I'd like to see what you come up with. I wonder how much effort goes into making a wax like Max Wax... or Fuzion...

It's been a couple weeks and the re-poured P21s still seems fine. I'll wax a panel 50/50 with melted/unaltered, If they both perform the same over a couple weeks I'm going to do several two-wax combos of Fuzion/Souveran/Max Wax/P21s 100%/Auto Glym HD maybe even add a drop of DGPS 3.0 or DP Poly-Coat. I found little jars like these for each combo.

As I said in the linked thread:

"I just like to experiment, I'm not thinking that I will create the "next best thing" or some "super wax". The chemists know best."

Cool! I might wanna give this a shot as well. But i'll have to keep adding and stashing more products on my shelf first. 2nd order this week, on it's way. i sorta forgot a few items, and then accidentally added another few..lol.

Stop whining and crying like a baby! Life sucks...deal with it!

I have seen the thread by Rubbisboyz on another forum. I am simply wondering if anyone at AG is willing to help me get started?

LOL! They always look at me strange when I walk into the Sally Beauty Supply near me and pick up a ton of their little bottles and containers
